If you are a regular employee, you may not have a large office space. If you administrate an office, you need to make sure all your employees have an appropriately sized office.
As an employee, you need to fit a lot of stuff into your office, or perhaps cubicle. The key is careful organization, and there are many ways to do organize. If you have a lot of stuff in your office that you need to have and it is cluttered, there is a route that you can take. First, you'll need to get some boxes, the number depending on how many things you have. The boxes should probably be separated based on category, and if stuff from the same category overflows, just put it in another box. For example, for stationary that requires two boxes, you could have Stationary Box #1 and Stationary Box #2. Depending on the number of boxes you end up with, you may have to organize differently. If you have two or three, you could probably fit them under your desk. After you've filled your desk, you can stack the boxes along the side of the cubicle / wall.
If it gets too cluttered even with the boxes and stacking, you'll have to take the boxes out somewhere. Odds are your boss won't let you keep boxes in the office somewhere, so you'll have to keep them in your car, at home, or at a storage facility (although those cost money and it's probably not worth it unless you have other things to store). Or, perhaps a coworker would be willing to hold onto them, though they would probably want access to some of the supplies once in awhile.
The other option to saving and storing your supplies are to remove them. You are bound to have a lot of things that you don't need, and what better place to put them than the trash can. But remember, when throwing things away, you have to make sure that what you are throwing away you definitely won't need in the future, or then you'll have been wasteful (not that bad, but it's best to avoid it when possible).
